Electricity connection to the grid, via an underground electricity network and two wells provide the water supply. The garden is surrounded by vegetation and fence, and gates also protect the area.
There are four buildings on the land, a 45 m2 residential building, a 30 m2 bungalow, a 24 m2 summer house and a 2-story garage with an open storage. The property has a swimming pool, garden lounge, a modern chicken run, and a hide to take bird photos, a separate area is prepared for an approximate 2000 m2 fishpond.
Because of this is the flood basin of the Tisza, there are several outstanding fishing areas in the area: Mártély, Körtvélyes, Atka etc. Here is one of the best hunting areas in the region which is located in the Maros and Tisza floodplains.

The lovers of culture can see the great works of the ALFÖLDI Painting School in Hódmezővásárhely, and the Autumn Exhibition is the annual exhibition of contemporary artists. Beside the activities of the Bessenyei Center and the Mosaic Cinema, family-owned restaurants offer a culinary trip to the distinctive South Hungarian cuisine. For those who would not have enough it, can take a 30 minute trip to Szeged for a visit to the National Theater or to the Open-air Theater Festival organized in the summer. There are various events in The National Memorial Park in Ópusztaszer in every season, and The Feszty Panorama is also a remarkable sight.
